The premises were purchased in 2001, after much searching in the Local Area to Bury. Originally a Public House it was Helen and Lorraine’s father who had the initial vision to change the Pub into the splendidly comfortable surroundings of The Waggon at Birtle, today. Following much hard work and a total refurbishment, removing all but the outside walls, the Waggon at Birtle opened its doors on November 6th 2002. |
